Plywood Core
Using recycled core bonded together with finger joint methods, 4 layers of grade A poplar veneers are overlaid over the core, giving it re-usability and doing our part for the environment.
Ply
9ply or 11ply for 18mm construction, the top and bottom two layers are overlaid with grade A veneers. Number of plies depends on the recycled core's condition.
Film
Melamine resin impregnated paper bonded at 160g/sqm, black film is the economical choice for general applications. Pressure and duration of the hot pressing is controlled precisely for maximum bonding strength.
Glue
The top and bottom 2 layers are bonded to the recycled core using melamine WBP glue. However in this case, the core's bonding strength will vary due to the recycled materials.
Actual Reusabilities
This product is designed and manufactured with budget as the main concern. Due to the recycled materials, any cuttings are not recommended and re-usability are estimated at 1 - 3 times.
